How to make Makhandi Halwa which tastes amazing?

It is mainly made from semolina, milk, ghee and jaggery. So let us know how to make Makhandi Halwa.

Ingredients to make Makhandi Halwa
Semolina one cup, milk two and a half cups, ghee half cup, milk two cups, 10-12 cashew nuts and almonds, coconut half cup, raisins two tablespoons, jaggery half cup, cardamom half teaspoon.

Method to make Makhandi Halwa:
Step 1: The process of making Makhandi Halwa is very easy. First of all, take one cup of semolina in a big bowl and mix one and a half cup of milk in it well. Make sure there are no lumps in it.

Second Step: In the next step, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add half a cup of ghee in it. Now fry cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and coconut one by one in ghee and keep it aside in another vessel.

Third Step: Now take out some ghee from the remaining ghee and add milk and semolina batter to the remaining ghee. Now cook it well. You have to cook it until it becomes golden and completely plump.

Step 4: On low flame, cook the semolina. It may take about 20 to 25 minutes to cook. While cooking it, keep in mind that it will stick to the pot a lot, so always keep stirring.

Step 5: Now add jaggery in a pan in the amount of sweetness you like. Let it cook on low flame. When the jaggery melts, add one cup of milk in it and mix both well.

Sixth Step: After two minutes, add roasted semolina and mix well once again. Take care that there are no lumps. When it is cooked well, add roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder to it. Your delicious Makhandi Halwa is ready. Serve it hot.
