Make crispy breakfast with pea and rice flour

Pea and Rice Shortbread: These days, peas are in season, so use peas extensively. Green peas are very tasty to eat. Peas enhance the taste of vegetables and pulao manifold. For breakfast, you can prepare crispy kachoris from pea and rice flour. These are more crispy than normal wheat flour kachoris. Looks even tastier than samosas. Pea and Rice Flour Kachori Recipe
First Step- To make this breakfast, you have to take 1 bowl of peeled green peas. Put peas in a mixer and add 2 green chillies, 3 cloves of garlic and 1 piece of ginger and grind them. Prepare a coarse paste with a little water so that the taste of peas becomes apparent.

Second step- Pour a little more than a cup of water in a pan and add crushed red chilli powder, 2 spoons of white sesame seeds and salt. Now add 1 spoon oil in water and also add ground pea paste in it. Let the pea paste with water boil.

Third Step- When the pea paste starts boiling, add 1 cup rice flour to it and also mix half a cup wheat flour. If you do not want to add rice flour, you can use semolina instead. Now mix it while stirring continuously until all the water dries up, due to which it will look like soft dough.

Fourth Step- Now put this prepared mixture in a plate and keep it to cool. When it cools down, apply some ghee or oil on your hands and set it like dough. Now take as much flour as small kachoris and make balls from it. Place it on your palm and press it a little, so that there are no cracks.

Fifth Step- To fry the prepared kachoris, pour oil in the pan and add the kachoris one by one. First cook the kachoris for 2 minutes on medium high flame and then reduce the flame and fry them till they become crispy. This will make the kachoris very crispy.

A very tasty and crispy snack of peas is ready, eat it for breakfast in the morning. These also taste very tasty with tea in the evening. Even when guests come to your house, you can prepare this pea snack and feed them.
