Have you ever eaten Sindhi Kadhi? You will enjoy it as soon as you taste it.

Sindhi Kadhi: For your information, let us tell you that Sindhi Kadhi with roasted gram flour and tomatoes can be made in just half an hour. Drumstick, ladyfinger, guar pod, potato and brinjal can also be added to this kadhi. To make Sindhi Kadhi, you will need 4 tablespoons of gram flour, drumstick, potatoes, fried ladyfinger, carrots, chopped brinjal, mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger-chilli paste, one cup of tomato puree, 3-4 tablespoons of tamarind pulp and 2 tablespoons of oil.

Step 1- First of all, heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and cumin seeds to it. Now add gram flour to this tempering and fry it on low flame until it turns golden brown.

Second Step- After this you have to slowly add 4 to 5 cups of lukewarm water to the roasted gram flour. Now mix tomato puree, salt, turmeric and red chili powder.

Third Step- Cook everything for about 10 to 12 minutes. Now add other vegetables including potatoes, drumstick and carrots to this mixture and cover the pan so that the vegetables become soft.

Fourth step- After this, add fried lady finger and brinjal to the mixture. Let the vegetables cook for some time.

Fifth Step- To enhance the taste of Sindhi Kadhi, add tamarind pulp and a little jaggery to this mixture.

Sixth Step- Boil Sindhi Kadhi for about 2 minutes. Green coriander can be used for garnishing.
