New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday explained the importance of talent and hard work in innovation by sharing Sanskrit Subhashit. He said that talent alone is not enough, continuous effort is necessary for success.

The Prime Minister wrote on the Thodyamparityaktam na phalam karmanah smritam. The meaning of this Subhashit is that just as clapping cannot be done with one hand, in the same way no work gets results without effort. Success does not result from mere ability or talent. Unless a person makes hard and continuous efforts, he does not get the results of his work.
