Prayagraj: Two people including a woman died in separate road accidents

Prayagraj. Two people, including a woman, died in two separate road accidents that occurred late Tuesday night and Wednesday morning in Jhunsi police station area of ​​Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh. The police have taken possession of both the bodies and started legal action.

According to the police, Mahesh Chandra (35), son of Lalaram, resident of Sarai Leela alias Khojapur village of Phulpur police station area, died in a road accident in Jhunsi police station area on Wednesday morning. The police team reached the spot after getting information and sent the body for post-mortem.

Similarly, Chandrakali (60), wife of Ramdular Kushwaha, resident of Ishipur Malawa Khurd of Jhunsi police station area, died in a collision with an unknown vehicle late on Tuesday night. After the accident, the driver fled from the spot.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Ganganagar Kuldeep Singh Gunawat said that necessary legal action is being taken in both the cases. The footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby is being scrutinized to identify the unknown vehicle. Soon, the concerned vehicle and driver will be identified and further action will be taken.
