Union Minister Shivraj Singh will celebrate his birthday today as ‘Prem-Seva Sankalp Diwas’

Bhopal. Today (05 March) is the 67th birthday of Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan. His birthday is being celebrated as Prem-Seva Sankalp Diwas. On this occasion, he will take five important resolutions related to environment, education, health, service and talent promotion and will start many new initiatives.

Chauhan will attend the program organized in Vidisha today on his birthday. During this time, while giving gifts to the people of Vidisha region, he will launch campaigns like Mama Coaching Class, Prem Sundar Pratibha Samman and Mama Mobile Hospital.

He has appealed to his supporters that if they want to wish him a happy birthday, then do not put up any hoardings, bring shawls or bouquets, but give the message of environmental protection by planting a tree. He said that please support me in this noble campaign to save Mother Earth, securing life for the coming generations will be my biggest gift. People who plant saplings on my birthday will be able to become Shiv Vriksha Mitras by uploading their photos on the portal through a QR code.

Chauhan has announced the launch of ‘Mama Coaching Classes’ to shape the future of students. It will start from Vidisha, Raisen and Bhairunda. Here free and high quality preparation will be provided for competitive exams like Banking, SSC, MP PSC, DRDO and Forest Service.

‘Prem-Sundar Pratibha Samman’ started in memory of parents
Shivraj Singh Chouhan has decided to start ‘Prem-Sundar Pratibha Samman’ in the memory of his parents. In the eight assembly constituencies of Vidisha Lok Sabha, 10th and 12th toppers will be given incentive amount of Rs 51,000, Rs 31,000 and Rs 21,000. The top three students at the Lok Sabha level will also get special honours.

Treatment from village to village from ‘Mama Mobile Hospital’
To improve health facilities in rural areas, ‘Mama Mobile Hospitals’ will be started in every assembly. Equipped with modern diagnostic equipment and a team of doctors, these vehicles will reach the villages and provide free treatment and consultation. It will be operated with MP funds and public cooperation.

Motorized tricycle for disabled people
With the aim of making the disabled people self-reliant, they will be gifted motorized tricycles, so that they can travel independently. All these initiatives will be formally launched today at a program organized on the occasion of the birthday. Chauhan says that birthday should not be made a celebration, but an occasion for service and resolution for the society.
