Rampur. An inspiring news has come out from the city of Tehsil Shahbad, where a daughter has made Shahbad along with her family proud by passing a difficult examination like UPSC. Gulfiza, daughter of Manju Khan, resident of Mohalla Khatpur of the city, fulfilled her dream of becoming an officer by securing 535th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Despite limited resources, Gulfiza, with her hard work and dedication, achieved success in a difficult examination like UPSC.
Due to which there is an atmosphere of happiness in Gulfiza’s family. The parents are feeling proud of their daughter. Today Gulfiza has become an example for the entire society along with the area of Shahbad that if there is courage and hard work, any destination can be achieved. Gulfiza’s father Manju Khan, who comes from an ordinary family, works as a farmer. Gulfiza tells that she had a passion to serve the country from the beginning. After passing the UPSC Civil Services Examination, Along with his elder sister, his parents have played a big role in his life.
Studied from primary school, father does farming
Gulfiza, who passed the UPSC Civil Services Examination, did her preliminary examination from the primary school located at Patwai in Shahbad tehsil. After studying till class five from the primary school of Patwai, she studied till class 8th from GGIC of Shahbad Nagar. After that Gulfiza went to Nainital and studied till class twelfth from there. After completing her graduation in BA Honors from Aligarh Muslim University, she worked in a private limited company in Delhi for two years. Gulfiza returned to Shahbad during Covid and started preparing for civil services by staying at home. She says that this was the turning point in her life. Gulfiza’s father works as a farmer. Gulfiza is the youngest of four sisters while she has two brothers.
Gulfiza could not reach the interview in the fourth attempt, got success in the fifth
Gulfiza was so obsessed with joining civil services that she kept trying continuously to pass this examination. Gulfiza had given the civil services examination for the fourth time last year, but after passing the pre-mains examination in the fourth attempt, Gulfiza could not reach the interview. But this time in the fifth attempt, he along with his family brought glory to the area by passing the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
