New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday greeted the women power of the country on the occasion of ‘International Women’s Day’. The Prime Minister praised the growing role of women and their unwavering determination in nation building and India’s progress.
Prime Minister Modi said, women in every field are shaping the future of the country with their creativity, unique enthusiasm and determination. The achievements of women are not only a source of pride for the nation but also strengthen our collective resolve to build a ‘Developed India’.
He said that women empowerment has been at the core of various schemes and initiatives of the Central Government in the last decade. The Government is continuously working to enable every woman to realize her full potential and provide equal opportunities on the path of development.
He said that the achievements of India’s women power are a source of pride and a powerful reminder of their transformative role in nation building. As India moves forward, the aspirations and contributions of women will continue to guide our collective journey towards a strong and prosperous nation. Along with his message, the Prime Minister also shared a glimpse of the positive changes in the lives of women in the last 10 years and their empowerment journey.
