How to make Rajbhog ice cream at home?

Ingredients for making Rajbhog Ice Cream
Full cream milk – 1 liter
Condensed milk – 1 cup
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Sugar – as per taste
Saffron – 6 to 7 threads (soaked in milk)
Cornflour – 2 teaspoons
Cardamom powder – half teaspoon
Dry Fruits – Cashews, Almonds and Pistachios
Rose petals – 4 to 6
method of making
Step 1: First of all, take a vessel and pour milk into it. Then boil it until it reduces to half.
Step 2: When it boils well, add sugar, saffron threads and condensed milk, mix well and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Now add fresh cream and cornflour so that it becomes thick.
Step 4: After this add cardamom powder and dry fruits and turn off the gas. Now let it cool completely.
Step 5: Now put it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
Step 6: After this, take it out in a bowl and garnish it with rose petals and serve.
