Third step- Take all the spices in a vessel and mix them well.

Fifth Step- Fill all the chillies with this spice mixture. Now dip the chillies in oil and keep them in a clean and dry jar.

Sixth Step- Pour the remaining oil on the chillies and then close the lid. You have to keep the chillies in the sun every day for a week.
