60 kg of explosives and huge quantity of weapons recovered during the search operation of security forces.

Imphal. Security forces are conducting search operations in Manipur and recovering illegal weapons as well as providing security to ensure safe movement of vehicles in sensitive areas of the state.

In this series, security forces recovered a country-made rocket, about 7 feet long and containing about 60 kilograms of explosives, a country-made single barrel gun, seven 7.62 mm empty cartridges, four magazines, a mortar bomb and a country-made mortar/pump from Churachandpur district.
