Chief Secretary reviewed financial progress of various schemes in Dehradun

Dehradun. Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan also reviewed the progress of SASC Scheme 2025-26 in the meeting of the Committee of Secretaries. main

The Secretary stressed on time bound completion of all development works including special assistance schemes to the states for capital investment.

In the meeting of the Committee of Secretaries at the Secretariat on Monday, Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan instructed the officials that if there are any kind of administrative, technical and procedural obstacles in the implementation of the schemes, they should be resolved immediately. He also directed that all departments should set monthly expenditure targets and monitor them regularly, pending tenders, approvals and technical approvals should be completed quickly and regular review of the progress of projects at the district level should be ensured. He said that increasing the progress of the schemes will speed up the development works of the state and public facilities will also improve.

Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu, LL Fanai, Dhananjay Chaturvedi, Special Secretary Amit Sinha and senior officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
