Bullish trend amid fluctuations in stock market in early trading
New Delhi. There is a weak trend in the domestic stock market amid fluctuations during early trading today. Today’s trading started on a strong note. Due to selling pressure as soon as the market opened, both the Sensex and Nifty indices lost all their gains and fell into the red.
However, after some time, buyers started buying, due to which both these indices improved and once again took their place in the green. After trading till 10 am, Sensex was seen trading with a rise of 0.27 percent and Nifty with a rise of 0.39 percent.
After the trading till 10 am, among the big stocks of the stock market, shares of Bharti Airtel, Maruti Suzuki, Asian Paints, Bharat Electronics and InterGlobe Aviation were trading with a strength of 1.21 percent to 0.45 percent.
On the other hand, shares of Infosys, TCS, HCL Technology, Tech Mahindra and Bajaj Finserv were seen trading with a fall of 2.21 per cent to 0.85 per cent. In the current trading, there was active trading in 2,264 shares in the stock market. Of these, 1,316 shares were trading in the green after earning profits, while 948 shares were trading in the red after incurring losses.
Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, 16 shares remained in the green with the support of buying. On the other hand, 14 shares were trading in the red due to selling pressure. Whereas out of 50 shares included in Nifty, 30 shares were seen trading in green mark and 20 shares were seen trading in red mark.
BSE Sensex opened today with a gain of 323.83 points at the level of 75,826.68 points. Due to selling pressure as soon as the trading started, the index fell to the level of 75,324.73 points within the first 15 minutes.
After this, buyers created buying pressure, due to which the movement of this index started improving. Amid continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10 am the Sensex was seen trading at 75,708.82 points with a gain of 205.97 points.
Like Sensex, NSE’s Nifty jumped 84.40 points today and started trading at 23,493.20 points. Due to the pressure created as soon as the market opened, within a short time this index slipped by about 150 points from the opening level and fell in the red to the level of 23,346.60 points.
After this, buyers started buying, due to which the movement of this index increased. After continuous buying and selling in the market till 10 am, Nifty was trading at the level of 23,500.35 points with a gain of 91.55 points.
Before this, on the last trading day on Monday, the Sensex had closed at the level of 75,502.85 points with a gain of 938.93 points or 1.26 percent. At the same time, Nifty ended Monday’s trading at the level of 23,408.80 points with a rise of 257.70 points or 1.11 percent.
