Those who harbor the illusion of destroying Iran are showing frustration

Tehran: Tension is at its peak in West Asia. Iran is continuously retaliating against the attacks on itself. By firing missiles at important targets of Israel, it has once again made us realize that even after the killing of big leaders and top commanders, it would be a mistake to underestimate its strength. Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pejeshkian is posting on social media that those who harbor the illusion of destroying Iran are showing their frustration. Along with this he also said that the Strait of Hormuz is open to all those who follow international rules.

Our unity became stronger
Pejeshkian said – Those who nurtured the illusion of erasing Iran from the map have become frustrated. Efforts to intimidate Iran have always proved counterproductive. External threats and terror have strengthened the unity among the people of Iran rather than dividing them.

For whom will the Strait of Hormuz be open?
Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most important sea routes for global oil supplies, Pezeshkian said that this route is open to all who follow international rules, but its doors are closed to those who violate our sovereignty or try to damage our soil. This statement is very sensitive from the point of view of the global economy, because about 20 percent of the world’s crude oil passes through this narrow sea route.

48 hour ultimatum
US President Donald Trump has warned that if Iran does not completely open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, America will destroy its energy plants. Trump gave this warning through a post on social media while spending the weekend in Florida. He said that Iran is being given exactly 48 hours to open this important waterway, otherwise it will have to face new attacks. He said that America will “destroy various power plants and it will start with the biggest plant.” Amid the rise in oil prices, pressure is increasing on Trump to secure the Strait of Hormuz.
