Dry Poha, Chura Fry Recipe
First step- For this, take poha as per your need. For this, the same type of Poha which is used to make normal Poha is required. If there is thin poha then it can be made from that also. Now place the pan on the gas and heat the oil. First fry some peanuts in oil. Take out the peanuts and now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, 1 dry red chilli and 2 finely chopped green chillies in the oil. Add curry leaves and 1 finely chopped onion and fry.

Second step- Once the onion is roasted, add some turmeric and salt to it. Now add dry poha to it and mix it well. Now keep frying the poha without covering it while stirring on medium flame. You have to fry the poha until it becomes nice and crispy. When Poha becomes completely crispy to eat, turn off the gas. Poha is ready by adding roasted peanuts on top.

Keep in mind that poha has to be cooked on low flame while stirring continuously. If you increase the gas flame to high then it will not be cooked properly and will start burning. This will spoil the taste of Poha. You eat this dry poha with tea. You can also add makhana and raisins-cashew nuts as per your choice.
