Trump’s stern warning to Iran, also targets NATO countries

Washington. Amidst the increasing tension in West Asia, former US President Donald Trump has given a sharp statement regarding Iran. He indicated that if Iran did not take any decisive action soon, the situation could go out of its control. After this statement, there is a possibility of tension increasing once again at the international level.

Trump raised questions on Iran’s attitude on his social media platform, saying that its representatives are willing to negotiate, but are publicly denying it. He claimed that after recent incidents, Iran’s military position has weakened and its options are becoming limited.

He also says that Iran is not able to talk openly about the agreement due to internal pressures, whereas the reality is different from this. However, Iran has been continuously denying these claims and has made it clear that it will hold any kind of talks only on its own terms.

During this, Trump also expressed his displeasure on NATO countries. He alleged that the allied countries did not support America in the current crisis and kept expressing concern only about oil prices.

Trump even said that America does not need to depend on NATO. According to him, the allied countries are not playing an active role in ensuring the security of the Strait of Hormuz, even though it is a very important route for global energy supply.

His statement indicates that differences are emerging between America and its traditional allies. At the same time, increasing tension with Iran may further deepen regional instability, which is likely to impact the global economy and energy market.
