Big meeting of Muslim nations between Iran and America in Islamabad
Islamabad: Amidst the Israel-Iran and America war, a big meeting of Islamic nations has been called in Islamabad. Pakistan is going to host the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Türkiye. In their meeting, many issues will be discussed including efforts to reduce tension amid Iran war in West Asia. The Foreign Office gave this information on Saturday.
Gathering of foreign ministers of Saudi, Türkiye and Egypt
On the invitation of Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty will visit Islamabad on Sunday and Monday. The Foreign Office said that during the visit, the three foreign ministers will hold in-depth discussions on various issues, including efforts to reduce regional tensions. The visiting leader will also meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The Foreign Office further said that Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with its brotherly countries Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Egypt. The visit will provide an opportunity to further strengthen Pakistan’s cooperation and coordination with these countries.
After Türkiye, meeting place fixed in Islamabad
This meeting was earlier scheduled to be held in Türkiye, but due to Ishaq Dar’s busy schedule he requested the leaders to come to Islamabad. “The meeting was supposed to be held in Türkiye, but due to my busy schedule I requested my brothers to meet in Islamabad tomorrow (Sunday),” Dar said. The deputy prime minister said Pakistan was working with “honesty and sincerity” to resolve the ongoing disputes. Dar said talks with Iran were ongoing, but officials were refraining from making public statements due to the sensitive nature of the talks. Pakistan on Thursday said it is “actively and constructively engaged” with all stakeholders in the region and beyond to end the Iran war peacefully.
Pakistan is becoming a mediator
Pakistan Foreign Office spokesman Tahir Andrabi did not explicitly confirm any possibility of direct talks this weekend in Islamabad. The spokesperson said Pakistan has “actively and constructively engaged” with regional stakeholders and actors beyond the region and has consistently advocated for immediate de-escalation, cessation of hostilities and an irreversible path towards a peaceful resolution. Pakistan also confirmed message transmission between America and Iran. He said that dialogue and diplomacy is the only way to end the West Asia conflict.
According to the report, this school is going to use traditional textbooks and software based learning tools in the coming time. Third-party educational apps like Khan Academy, Membeen, Mentava and MobiMax will also be used in this school to complement the curriculum of the school children.
