Prime Minister Modi’s Puducherry Roadshow: Campaign bugle for NDA alliance
Puducherry. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held a road show in Puducherry and sought blessings from the public in support of the NDA alliance in the state assembly elections. There was great excitement in the city as the Prime Minister’s convoy covered a distance of about 2 kilometers from Ajanta Signal to Kamarajar Statue. During this, people greeted the PM by shaking hands and showered flowers.
Chief Minister N. with PM Modi. Rangasamy and Home Minister A. Namasivayam was also present. During the road show, flags of BJP and AINRC were seen in the city and supporters raised slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai and Jai Shri Ram. The Prime Minister was given a warm welcome through traditional dance and cultural programs.
Strict security arrangements were made and surveillance was maintained through drone cameras. Party leaders believe that the alliance is likely to get a big lead in the elections due to the PM’s visit.
