How to make soft chocolate cake at home

Chocolate Cake: Do you also like to eat chocolate cake? If yes, then today we will teach you how to make chocolate cake without oven and without using eggs. For your information, let us tell you that to make chocolate cake, you will need 2 cups of flour, one cup of sugar, one and a half teaspoon of baking powder, 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of chocolate powder, one cup of milk, half cup of oil, 1/3 cup of mixed fruit juice, 1/3 cup of curd and half teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Step 1- Place a strainer over a big vessel and then sift all the ingredients like flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate powder.

Second step- After this, mix everything. In another vessel, take milk, oil, curd, mixed fruit juice and vanilla essence and mix them well.

Third step- Slowly add the mixture of dry ingredients to this solution. Keep in mind that you have to mix everything in such a way that no lumps are left in the mixture.

Fourth step- Apply oil in the cake mold and then sprinkle some flour. After this, pour the cake batter into the mould.

Fifth Step- Heat the pan on medium flame and then place the stand in the middle. Carefully place the cake mold on the stand and cover it.

Sixth Step- Keep the flame on low for about 15 minutes and then let the cake cook on medium flame for 30-40 minutes.

Seventh Step- After this, insert a toothpick and check. If the toothpick is clean when you take it out, then understand that the cake is cooked, otherwise cook the cake on medium flame for some more time.

Eighth Step- Now let the cake cool and then take it out from the mold. You can use chocolate ganache or cream for garnishing.
