Delhi: Counter Intelligence team of Delhi Police has arrested an ISIS suspect. The suspect has been caught from Kushinagar district of UP. According to the information received, the name of the arrested suspect is Rizwan, whose movement was being monitored for a long time. A large quantity of anti-national material has also been recovered from it.

While giving information about this entire matter, the Delhi Police team said, “The intelligence team of Delhi Police has arrested an ISIS suspect named Rizwan from Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. His activities were being monitored for a long time. He was also arrested earlier in Mumbai and a huge amount of anti-national material was recovered from him.”
UP ATS arrested four
Let us tell you that in another case, recently UP ATS has arrested four accused for spreading terror on the instructions of Pakistani handlers. ATS has obtained five-day police custody remand of all of them. Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Amitabh Yash said that ATS has busted a gang involved in anti-national conspiracies like arson in prestigious institutions, vehicles and railway signal boxes of the country and arrested four accused. 7 smartphones have been recovered from them, in which important evidence is likely to be found.
There was contact with Pakistani handlers
The arrested accused have been identified as Saqib alias Devil (25), Arbab (20), resident of Agwanpur in Parikshitgarh police station area of Meerut and Vikas Gehlawat alias Raunak (27) and Lokesh alias Papala Pandit alias Babu alias Sanju (19), resident of Chhapraula in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Saqib, the main accused of the gang, works as a barber in Meerut. He came in contact with Pakistani handlers through social media. Preliminary investigation has also revealed that another person, Aaqib, who is currently believed to be in Dubai, had introduced him. He told that Saqib had planned a blast in Lucknow on April 2, but before that the ATS arrested the gang members.
