Interestingly, he has remarried not with anyone else but with his wife Nipa Majithia. After 30 years of marriage, the couple fulfilled their desires which remained unfulfilled three decades ago.

That incomplete beginning of 30 years ago
The love story of JD Majithia and Nipa is 30 years old. On March 11, both of them had a court marriage with utmost simplicity and haste. At that time JD was going through the initial struggle and theater phase of his career. Immediately after the marriage in the court, both of them went to Mathura to seek blessings and from there within just three days they left for America for their play tour. Due to work commitments and lack of time, they were never able to get married with traditional rituals, pomp and pageantry. Nipa always had this regret in her mind that her marriage was not done in a formal manner, which JD has now completed.
