Gram Flour Onion Paratha: Parathas are made for breakfast in most of the houses. Parathas are also packed and given in the tiffin of school going children. But sometimes the parathas become hard when they cool down. Therefore, today we are telling you such recipes of paratha which will not become hard even after keeping for hours. Gram Flour Onion Paratha Recipe
First step- To make paratha, add 1 inch piece of ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, 3-4 green chillies and green coriander and crush it. Add salt while grinding, this will give taste. Now pour some oil in the pan and add 2 long and thinly cut onion pieces in it. Fry the onion lightly and then add half a cup of gram flour to it. If you mix gram flour, you get light foam. Now take it out and dissolve the gram flour by adding cold water. If the gram flour is not mixed immediately, it will form lumps.

Second step- Now mix one and a half cup flour in this gram flour and onion solution and add water to make a dosa like solution. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste, some turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt in it. If you have any paratha masala then you can also add it in it.

Third Step- Now take a pan and apply light oil on it. Like Dosa, pour the batter in the center of the pan and spread it lightly. Gram flour onion paratha should not be spread very thinly. Bake it on medium flame for some time and turn it. Cook the paratha thoroughly while pressing it.

Prepare all the parathas in the same manner. These parathas remain soft even after keeping them for a long time. You can prepare this paratha and give it to children in tiffin. People who have some problems with their teeth can make these parathas and feed them.
