Siwan Civil Court again on target: Panic due to bomb threat, investigation reveals fake conspiracy
Siwan. There was chaos in the entire judicial complex on Friday after the civil court of Siwan district was once again threatened with a bomb. This threat given through email gave sleepless nights to the administration and within a few minutes the entire court complex was transformed into a police camp.
The threatening mail came on the official email of Principal District and Sessions Judge Motish Kumar, in which it was said that the court would be bombed at 11:30 am. As soon as the information was received, SP Puran Kumar Jha and DM Vivek Ranjan Maitreya came into action and security agencies were immediately alerted.
Within no time, teams of bomb squad, dog squad and fire brigade reached the spot. Intensive search of every nook and corner of the court premises was conducted. Every person coming and going was strictly checked and the entire area was kept on high alert. Even after hours of investigation, no suspicious object was found, making it clear that the threat was fake.
Repeated threats, headache for administration
This is not the first incident. Earlier on January 28, a similar threat was made through email to blow up the court, but even then nothing was found in the investigation. Such continuous threats have posed a big challenge to the security agencies.
SP Puran Kumar Jha said that cyber investigation of the case has been started and efforts are on to identify the person who sent the mail. At the same time, Judge Motish Kumar has not commented on this at present.
Conspiracy or mischief?
Due to repeated fake threats, the question has started to arise that who wants to create an atmosphere of fear by targeting the judicial system. At present, the police is investigating from every angle and preparations are being made to further tighten the security arrangements.
