High level review meeting held at Police Headquarters, strict action will be taken against crimes on the policy of zero tolerance – Chief Minister

Jaipur), Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Friday held a high level meeting of police officers regarding the law and order situation of the state at the police headquarters. He directed to take effective and prompt action against organized crimes, gangsters, cyber crimes, narcotics and counterfeit mafias. Besides, he also directed to adopt innovative techniques in policing. Sharma also provided special guidelines to maintain law and order in the state and make traffic management more effective by taking strict action against crimes on the policy of zero tolerance. Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham, Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Director General of Police Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Akhil Arora, Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Bhaskar A Sawant including Chief Minister’s Office, Home Department, senior police officers and Inspector General of Police and Superintendent of Police from all the districts were present in the meeting through VC.
