UP Board Topper: Sitapur is in the news after the declaration of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council exam results. Two girl students from the same school in Sitapur have topped the high school and intermediate examinations. Shikha Verma, who became UP topper from Mahmudabad tehsil area of the district, is very excited about her result. UP topper Shikha Verma’s father is basically a farmer. The village daughter has set an example for other girl students by shining at the state level. After the announcement of the exam results, the family members became emotional when they got to know about their daughter’s UP topper. Topper Shikha Verma wants to join Income Tax Department
Shikha Verma is a resident of Bilauli Bazar village. Shikha’s father Jitendra Verma is a farmer by profession. He also runs an electronics shop in the village itself. His mother Kanti Devi is a housewife. The father supports the family by farming on 8 bighas of land. At home, elder brother Deepak is preparing to become a junior engineer after doing B.Tech. Meanwhile, elder sister Anjali is married. Sister Julie has done B.Sc. Shikha wants to join the Income Tax Department after passing the SSC exam.
Topper Shikha told the ‘mantra’ of success
Shikha’s mother became emotional after the exam results. He said that the daughter has worked hard. Whatever she wants to become in future, she will be given full support. Shikha’s success was celebrated in the college. The family members congratulated Shikha on her success by feeding her sweets. Shikha told that she has received special help for preparation from the college. The teachers were very supportive, due to which I did not feel pressured during the preparation days. Shikha Verma has got 97 in General Hindi, 95 in English, 100 in Mathematics, 99 in Physics, 97 in Chemistry and total marks are 488. When Shikha saw the mark sheet, there was no limit to her happiness.
Kashish Verma topped by studying 8 hours daily
At the same time, Kashish Verma, who became the topper in UP Board’s high school, wants to become a teacher in the future. Kashish Verma looked happy about her result. Kashish is a resident of Sosan village. Kashish’s father Putan is a farmer by profession and supports the family by farming 10 bighas of land. Kashish travels 2 kilometers by bicycle every day to study in college. Kashish has achieved success by staying away from social media and studying for eight hours a day.

Neelam Devi, mother of Kashish Verma, a student of Baburam Savitri Devi Inter College, is a housewife. Kashish told that there is no shortcut to success. Kashish’s mother has weak eyes. Kashish also helps her mother when she is ill. Kashish wants to serve the country by becoming a teacher in the future. Kashish considers Swami Vivekananda as her ideal. Kashish has got 98 marks in Hindi, 95 in English, 99 in Mathematics, 99 in Science, 99 in Social Science and 97 in Home Science. Kashish told that it is best to prepare by making class notes.
There are more toppers from Mahmudabad area
Arpita, who stood third in her high school in the UP Board exam results, goes to school every day by bicycle, 7 kilometers away. Arpita’s father Ambrish Kumar is also a farmer by profession and mother Saroj Kumari is a housewife. Arpita’s younger brother Abhinav is a class 4 student. Arpita told that she achieved success by studying for 8 to 9 hours every day. Arpita told that she wants to become an engineer in future. For this she will work hard day and night.
Mansi Porwal made it to top 6
Mansi Porwal, an intermediate student of Prakash Vidya Mandir Inter College, has secured sixth position in the state. His father Nand Kishore Gupta runs a utensil shop at Ramkund intersection of the town. His mother Narayan Devi is a housewife. Mansi Porwal wants to serve the country by becoming a doctor. At home, sisters Jyoti Gupta, Lakshmi Gupta, Sonia Gupta, Kaushiki Porwal and brothers Pankaj Gupta, Nikhil Porwal are happy with the result. Mansi told that she has achieved success by studying for 8 hours daily. Mansi has kept distance from social media. Mansi told that for success it is necessary to work hard day and night.
Vaishnavi of Sitapur also became topper
Vaishnavi, a student of Baburam Savitri Devi Inter College, is a resident of Hussainpur village. Vaishnavi has also secured sixth position in the merit list of Uttar Pradesh. There is an atmosphere of happiness among the entire family and teachers on this success. Vaishnavi’s father Chhote Lal is a farmer. Feed the family by farming. Mother Vandana Gupta is a housewife. Vaishnavi wants to serve the country by becoming a doctor. Vaishnavi told that for success, priority was given to notes from school level and class notes of teachers, due to which there was no problem in preparation.
Girls topped in both class 10th and 12th of UP Board. In high school, 87.30 percent boys passed and the passing percentage of girls was 93.76. At the same time, 75.04 percent students passed in class 12th, while the passing percentage of girls was 86.32 percent.
