“Developed India Youth Parliament” is a strong result of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of 2047: Satish Mahana

Lucknow . Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana said on Friday that we all are bound by the Constitution of India, which is a guiding book for us. He said that “Developed India Youth Parliament” is a powerful outcome of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of 2047, through which today’s youth are being prepared to build the India of the future.

Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana was speaking as the chief guest on the occasion of the inauguration of the state level “Developed India Youth Parliament” at the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Pavilion on Friday. Many public representatives and officials including Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Minister of State for Sports and Youth Welfare (Independent Charge) Girish Yadav, MLA Dr. Surbhi, Neeraj Bora and Shashank Verma were present in the program.

In his address, Mahana addressed the youth and said that in the coming times, this generation will decide the direction and condition of the country, hence it is necessary to seriously think about the shape and form of the future today itself. He said that it is the responsibility of governments to pave the way for development for the coming generations and ensure solutions to their problems.

Expressing concern over the increasing impact of technology, he said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) should be used for positive works, otherwise it can also become Bhasmasur. He called upon the youth to make good use of their wisdom and knowledge, manage their time properly and strengthen their future through continuous hard work.

Mahana said that knowledge is meaningful only when it reaches the society. Commitment and willpower are the main bases of success in life. Giving a message to the youth, he said that they should always work to win, not to defeat anyone, and avoid arrogance on their ability.

In the program, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak described the youth as the future of the country and said that today’s youth have immense potential and it is necessary to take risks for success. He inspired the youth to move forward with humility and positive thinking. During the program, proper arrangements were ensured for the officials associated with “My Bharat”. Regional Director Anil Singh and State Director Gopesh Pandey welcomed the guests.

It is noteworthy that 375 youth participants selected from 75 districts of the state are participating in this state level Youth Parliament, who will present their views on the topic ‘Union Budget 2026: Strengthening the path of Indian youth towards Developed India 2047’ from 01 to 3 May 2026. The winners of the competition will get an opportunity to represent Uttar Pradesh at the national level. In the end, Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana congratulated all the participants and said that India will again become a nation that guides the world and the youth will play an important role in achieving this goal.
