1 bowl rice
½ bowl semolina (rava)
2 spoons fresh curd
chopped coriander
grated carrots
finely chopped green chillies
finely chopped beans
Boiled/Grated Potatoes
Chili Flakes
salt to taste
Things needed for tadka
1–2 teaspoon oil
white sesame seeds
Cumin
rye
Curry leaf
Take leftover rice from night in a bowl and add 2 spoons of curd and a bowl of semolina to it. Mix all these things and leave for 10 minutes.
After this, put it in the mixer grind and grind it. After grinding, knead them well like dough is kneaded. After this, add chopped coriander, grated carrot, green chillies, beans, potatoes and mix well.
If you want, you can also add chili flakes in it. Now prepare tikkis from this mixture.
After this, apply a little oil on this plate and place the tikki on it. After this, take a pan and pour water in it and heat it.
When the water becomes hot, place a stand or bowl and place a plate over it. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Leave it covered and turn off the gas.
Then heat oil in a pan to temper it. When the oil becomes hot, add white sesame seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. After this, put tikkis in it and fry them. Then serve it with chutney.
