District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police held a review meeting to ensure fair and safe conduct of police recruitment examination.

Ambedkarnagar. District Magistrate Isha Priya and Superintendent of Police Prachi Singh, with the aim of conducting the Police Recruitment Examination-2025 organized by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board at 10 examination centers of the district in two shifts (first shift from 10 am to 12 noon and second shift from 3 pm to 5 pm) on 8th, 9th and 10th June 2026, in a peaceful, fair and transparent manner. In the afternoon of 3rd June, a meeting was held with the concerned officials in the Collectorate Auditorium to review the preparations and give necessary guidelines.
In the meeting, security, confidentiality, monitoring system and responsibilities of the officers and employees deployed at the examination centers were reviewed. On this occasion, the officers were directed to complete all the examination related arrangements on time and ensure serious discharge of the prescribed responsibilities. In the meeting, the District Magistrate instructed the Static and Sector and Static Magistrates deployed at all the examination centers to re-inspect their respective examination centers and ensure the availability of all basic facilities. He directed that in view of the heat, better arrangements for drinking water and shade should be ensured in the examination centers as per the instructions of the Board. He said that all concerned should study all the guidelines of the Board better and ensure that the SOP prescribed by the Board is followed in letter and spirit in all the examination activities.
The District Magistrate said that as per the intention of the government, the examination should be conducted with complete transparency, fairness and purity. Any kind of negligence or indifference will not be accepted in the examination system and all officers should ensure that they discharge their responsibilities with mutual coordination.
Superintendent of Police Ms. Prachi Singh said that fairness and security of the examination is the top priority. Strict action will be taken against any kind of unwanted activity, copying or attempt to affect law and order. Instructions were given to ensure intensive monitoring and adequate security arrangements at all the examination centres.
Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Jyotsna Bandhu, Chief Medical Officer, Additional Superintendent of Police Western, District School Inspector, all center administrators, Sector and Static Magistrates and other concerned administrative and police officers were present in the meeting.
