Khan sir did not surrender, lawyer said – FIR is completely wrong; Now preparations for anticipatory bail

While there was talk throughout the day about his surrender in the Patna Civil Court, his lawyer arrived in the court in his place and made it clear that Khan sir would not surrender. He claimed that his client was being falsely implicated in a case and the FIR lodged against him was factually incorrect.

Khan Sir’s advocate said that his client had not instructed anyone to open fire nor had he any role in the incident. He said that the police have registered a case under serious sections without sufficient basis. Now the court will be approached for anticipatory bail in this case.

According to the information, an attempt was made to file anticipatory bail petition on Saturday itself, but it was not possible due to the end of court time. Now the bail petition is likely to be filed on Monday. In such a situation, the option of arrest is open to the police until the legal process is completed.

On the other hand, from Friday night to Saturday morning, the Patna Police team remained present around Khan sir’s coaching institute. Due to the large number of students gathering, the police did not take any strict action. Officials say maintaining law and order was a priority, so forceful arrests were avoided.

On Saturday morning, students also received a message that Khan sir would take classes from 10 to 11 am, but he did not turn up. Instead his lawyer presented his case in front of the media and declared him innocent.

The case is related to the alleged firing that took place outside the coaching institute. According to the police, both the security guards admitted during interrogation that they had opened fire. Police claim that the bodyguards have said in the statement that amidst the commotion and fighting situation, Khan Sir had allegedly asked to fire, after which they opened fire.

However, Khan sir’s side has completely rejected these allegations and said that the truth will come out after a fair investigation of the matter.

Patna Police has registered a case against Khan sir in this case under Section 109 of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS) and various sections of the Arms Act. Police say that the investigation is ongoing and further action will be taken based on the available evidence.

Now everyone’s eyes are on what action is taken on the anticipatory bail petition on Monday and what action the police takes against Khan sir before that. This matter remains a major topic of discussion in the education world and political circles in Bihar.
