These morning habits can become enemies of the heart

Enemy of Heart: Heart diseases are increasing rapidly in today’s busy life. Youngsters are also struggling with heart disease. But have you ever wondered why the risk of heart related diseases is increasing so much? The real reason for this is some unhealthy habits in the morning. Some of our habits, which we consider very normal, are gradually weakening our heart. Mistakes made especially in the early morning increase the risk of heart attack and stroke. Here we are going to tell you which morning habits are increasing heart disease.

1. Waking up suddenly as soon as the alarm rings

When you wake up suddenly and suddenly from deep sleep in the morning, the level of stress hormones like ‘cortisol’ and ‘adrenaline’ increases rapidly in the body. Due to this, blood pressure and heart rate suddenly increase, which puts heavy pressure on the heart. In such a situation, after the alarm rings, stay in bed for 2 minutes, take deep breaths, stretch the body and then get up slowly.

2. Consuming tea or coffee as soon as you wake up
Drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach increases acidity in the body and can cause dehydration. Consuming excessive amounts of caffeine on an empty stomach can cause irregular heartbeats and a sudden spike in blood pressure. The first thing in the morning after waking up, drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water, so that the organs that have been dehydrated overnight can get oxygen.

3. Heavy Workout
Starting heavy weight lifting or high-intensity cardio immediately after waking up in the morning without warming up can be dangerous for the heart. In the morning the blood becomes slightly thicker, due to which there is a risk of blockage. In such a situation, it is very important to do at least 5 to 10 minutes of light warm-up or stretching before starting exercise.

4. Skipping breakfast or eating unhealthy food
Not having breakfast in the morning impairs the body’s metabolism and causes fluctuations in blood sugar levels. At the same time, consuming too much oily, processed food or extra sugar in breakfast increases bad cholesterol, which blocks the arteries.
