Tension between America and Iran
Let us tell you that there has been a situation of tension between America and Iran for a long time. Several meetings have been held between the two countries regarding this, but despite this the tension is not reducing. It started when Israel and America jointly attacked Iran. Recently, peace talks were also held between the two countries. However, on the other hand, attacks on Lebanon are continuing from Israel, which Iran has also warned to stop.

talks between us and iran
Currently, America and Iran are preparing for the next round of high-level talks in Doha (Qatar). Its purpose is to reduce tension regarding the Strait of Hormuz. According to reports, both the countries have agreed to stop attacks on each other for some time while the talks continue. The talks are expected to focus on maritime security, commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, sanctions and other pending issues. These new diplomatic efforts are coming after weeks of military tension. These are being seen as an attempt to maintain the fragile peace established earlier this month.

According to ‘Axios’, Washington and Tehran have agreed to stop all types of ‘kinetic activity’ (military attacks or actions). “We have decided to stop all kinetic activity,” a senior US official told Axios. The officer used the military term ‘kinetic activity’ for strikes and other military actions. Another official told Axios that both sides would withdraw “for the time being” and “ships will be able to move freely” as technical negotiations continue.
