Mumbai At least 15 people are feared trapped under the debris after a building collapsed in Morsi area of ​​Pimpri-Chinchwad in Pune district on Wednesday afternoon.

As soon as information about this was received, NDRF and SDRF teams along with the Municipal Corporation team are doing relief and rescue work on the spot. Naval team has also been called for help, which is going to reach the spot soon.

Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vijay Kumar Suryavansi said today that the building located in the garbage depot located in Morsi suddenly collapsed on Wednesday afternoon.

A total of 20 laborers were working in this building. The Municipal Corporation team arrived after getting information about the incident and rescued five people, while 15 laborers are still buried under the debris. The rescue work of people buried under the debris is going on war footing.
