The cabinet had passed a plan to give Rs.1000. The second plan was to provide free treatment to the elderly. Both these schemes gave BJP sleepless nights and they felt that they had lost the elections. Kejriwal said that BJP first tried to remove the camp by sending goons and now they will order an investigation, what will they investigate. Today his move showed that BJP's only aim to contest elections is to ban Mahila Samman Yojana, health scheme for the elderly, free electricity and water.
He said, “Today BJP gave a hint that if they win then they will stop all the schemes, I want to tell the people of Delhi that if you vote for BJP then you will not be able to live in Delhi,” he said.

We are not doing anything in this scheme and BJP people are distributing money openly. I wanted to free electricity, water and bus services, but I did not do that. If you have faith in Kejriwal then I will implement both these schemes also.
