If I form the government again in February, I will waive everyone's existing water bills.

If Modi ji's plan was so good then why would people of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have to come to Delhi?
I know how to work, I don't know how to abuse. When I used to go to people's homes 10 years ago, they used to show me their water-electricity bills of Rs 8,000-10,000 and ask them to pay these bills or educate their children. I had said that once the government is formed, I will waive off all the bills and after the government was formed, I waived off all the old electricity and water bills.
