Material

  • Boiled potatoes – 3 to 4
  • Sajuk Ghee – 1 tsp (or groundnut oil)
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili paste
  • Peanut butter – 2 to 3 tbsp (roasted thick)
  • To taste – salt
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

  • For this, first of all boil the potatoes in the cooker with 4 whistles.
  • Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chili paste.
  • Add potato flakes to this and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add groundnut paste and salt and mix well.
  • Cover the kadai and let it steam for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • Finally squeeze lemon juice and add coriander and serve for a kick.
