Ashutosh Brahmachari attacked with a knife in a moving train, tried to cut his nose… saved his life by locking himself in the toilet!

Ashutosh Brahmachari, the main plaintiff in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case, was fatally attacked in a moving train in the early hours of Sunday. Ashutosh Brahmachari, who was going to Prayagraj in Rewa Express, was attacked with a sharp weapon, in which an attempt was made to cut his nose and there were injuries on many parts of the body. He has accused Swami Avimukteshwaranand and his associates of a conspiracy behind this attack.

The incident took place between Fatehpur and Sirathu stations, where the attacker targeted her while she was going to the toilet. Ashutosh Brahmachari somehow saved his life by locking himself in the bathroom of the train. After a written complaint was registered at Prayagraj GRP police station, the police has started investigation, while the incident has created a sensation in the area.

According to Ashutosh Brahmachari, he was coming to Prayagraj by Rewa Express and the train had reached between Fatehpur-Sirathu. While going to the toilet, an unknown person attacked him with a sharp weapon. The attacker tried to attack directly on the nose and caused injury at many places. When the chaos broke out, he locked himself in the bathroom, which saved his life. He told that the attacker was alone, but it is possible that other people were also around him. He suffered deep injuries on his face and hands in the attack, after which he was given medical aid.

Conspiracy charges against Swami Avimukteshwarananda

Ashutosh Brahmachari alleged that a reward of Rs 21 lakh had already been announced for cutting off his nose. He said that this entire conspiracy was planned in advance and Swami Avimukteshwaranand and his associates may have played a role in it. He said that I was attacked with a sharp weapon at Siyasu station and an attempt was made to cut off my nose. The attacker was alone.

He further said- We want justice, action should be taken against them. How is a person who has committed such a serious sexual assault and sexual crime against minor Batuks getting immunity? Pressure is building on the police. I am being attacked. An attempt has been made to kill us.

Why was Ashutosh Brahmachari going to Prayagraj?

Ashutosh Brahmachari was reaching Prayagraj to plead a case in Prayagraj High Court. He says that he had to file his reply in the case registered under the POCSO Act. Besides, he was also going because the hearing in Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case was to be held on 12th.

Police investigation started

Prayagraj GRP police has registered a case on the complaint of Ashutosh Brahmachari. Police are investigating the identity of the attacker, the motive of the attack and the conspiracy.
