Astra Microwave Q3 Results: Net profit falls 1.3% YoY to Rs 46.8 crore, revenue up 1%

Astra Microwave Products Ltd reported a mixed yet stable performance for the third quarter of the financial year, with marginal revenue growth and improved operating margins, even as net profit edged lower on a year-on-year basis.

The company posted a net profit of ₹46.8 crore for the quarter, registering a decline of 1.3% compared with ₹47.4 crore reported in the same period last year. Revenue during the quarter rose 1% to ₹260 crore from ₹258.5 crore a year ago, reflecting steady execution amid a stable demand environment.

On the operational front, performance was stronger. EBITDA increased 8.4% to ₹82.6 crore as against ₹76.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA margin expanded to 31.7% from 29.5%, indicating improved cost control and better operating efficiency.

The margin expansion suggests that the company managed expenses effectively despite modest top-line growth. Overall, the quarterly numbers reflect operational resilience, with profitability supported by improved margins even as revenue growth remained subdued.
