Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesperson of the Taliban administration, said, “Pakistan has attacked a hospital with 2,000 beds. As a result, a large part of the hospital was completely destroyed. So far 400 deaths have been reported. At least 250 people were injured. Rescue teams are trying to put out the fire and pull out the rest from the wreckage.’ He also posted pictures of a gathering of patients admitted to the hospital before the attack. Although Pakistan claims, they did not deliberately attack the hospital. Rather, their targets are military bases and centers of militants. For the past few weeks, Pakistan has attacked various parts of Afghanistan in the name of counter-terrorism operations. The biggest attack was in Kandahar last Sunday.
