At least two women died, six others fell ill after eating porridge made from mango seeds.

Latest News :- In Odisha's Kandhamal district, two women died after drinking mango kernel pulp (pulp made from mango). Police said that 6 people were injured. An Odisha Police source said: In Mandibanga village of Daringbadi block, mango seed pulp boiled in oat milk or water was consumed by some people, mostly women, on Wednesday.

One of the two women died at Mohana Community Health Center in Gajapati district on Thursday. There he was undergoing treatment for a disease caused by drinking the pulp of mango seeds. Another woman died on Friday during treatment at MKCG Medical College Hospital.

Six other people were admitted to the hospital after their health deteriorated after drinking mango seed pulp. His condition is serious. We suspect that his health may have been affected by the food he ate. Officials have said that only after a complete investigation it will be known what caused his health problems.
