Atmosphere of happiness among employees regarding 8th Pay Commission
Ambedkarnagar. At present the benefit of the seventh pay scale is available. The eighth pay scale is to be implemented from 2026. Along with central employees, state employees and retired employees will also get its benefit. There is a wave of happiness among the employees due to this decision of the Central Government, while the officials of the Central Government organizations as well as the State Government organizations have given positive response. District President of State Employees Joint Council, Suryabhan Singh has expressed gratitude to the Central and State Governments.
He said that our provincial leadership and central leadership have been demanding the eighth pay scale for a long time. It is welcome that the government has decided to fulfill the demand of all of us in time. Meanwhile, Shivkumar Maurya, District President of Class IV State Employees Federation and Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Gramin Safai Karmachari Sangh, Ambedkar Nagar, said that the expenses have increased significantly due to rising inflation. Class IV employees are happy with the imposition of eighth pay scale that their families are now normal. Will be able to live life and said that due to the decision of the Central Government, lakhs of state employees, teachers and retired employees along with central employees will benefit from it.
President of Village Development Officers Association, Anil Singh said that this is a commendable decision of the government, it will also benefit the state employees, if money is in the hands of people, then business will also increase, due to which the dream of developed India will come true. We all hope that inflation will be controlled. In view of this, the government will take the decision keeping in mind the interests of teachers, employees and retired employees.
