Attacks on Hezbollah will continue… Netanyahu’s big announcement amid Iran’s warning

New Delhi. Amid ongoing tensions with Iran and efforts to broker a ceasefire, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made it clear that military action against Hezbollah will not stop. His statement comes amid intensified attacks in Lebanon, further escalating the situation.

Benjamin Netanyahu stated on social media that the Israeli military is targeting Hezbollah with full force, precision, and determination. He stated that the operation will continue unabated and is aimed at ensuring the safety of the country’s citizens. He also clarified that the action will not be limited to any one area. According to him, Hezbollah will be attacked wherever necessary.

Restoring security is the main goal.
Netanyahu said the ultimate aim of these strikes is to restore security to the people of northern Israel so that displaced people can return to their homes. He reiterated that the military operation will continue until this goal is achieved.

However, the temporary ceasefire between the US and Iran is under threat due to ongoing attacks in Lebanon. Iran has accused Israel and the US of violating the agreement. In response, Tehran has threatened to pull out of talks scheduled for this week in Islamabad.

Europe’s Concerns About the Strait of Hormuz
Meanwhile, the European Union has stated clearly that shipping through the Strait of Hormuz should be free of tariffs. This statement comes after Iran proposed imposing tariffs on ships transiting this route. Europe maintains that this sea route is vital to the entire world and free navigation is essential.

The death toll in the ongoing conflict in Iran has surpassed 3,000. According to the country’s forensic chief, Abbas Masjedi Arani, thousands of people have died in the US-Israeli attacks.

Meanwhile, the situation in Lebanon is also dire. According to Health Minister Rakan Nassereddine, 203 people have been killed and over 1,000 injured in Israeli attacks so far. This number is a sharp increase compared to previously released figures, highlighting the severity of the situation.
