Nathan McSweeney gave a befitting reply to AUS selectors, after being dropped from the team against India, he won Brisbane with a stormy innings.

The hero of Brisbane’s victory was Nathan McSweeney, who scored an unbeaten 78 runs in 49 balls with the help of 10 fours and 2 sixes. For which he was chosen Player of the Match.

After being invited to bat first, Adelaide team scored 174 runs at the loss of 6 wickets. In which Jamie Overton scored unbeaten 45 runs in 24 balls, Ollie Pour scored 34 runs in 29 balls and James Beazley scored 23 runs in 11 balls.

For Brisbane, Will Prestwitz took 2 wickets, Xavier Bartlatt, Paul Walter and Tom Whitney took 1 wicket each.

In response, Brisbane won on the last ball after losing 7 wickets. Apart from McSweeney, Matt Renshaw played an inning of 54 runs in 27 balls with the help of 4 fours and 3 sixes.
