'Siraj will not be able to help Bumrah', Australian legend gave a big statement
Delhi: Former Australian fast bowler Brett Lee recently praised Jasprit Bumrah's brilliant performance in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He said that Bumrah's world-class bowling has set such a standard that the contributions of his fellow bowlers like Mohammed Siraj and Akashdeep get overshadowed. Although these players are also performing well, Lee believes that the level of Bumrah's talent and performance is very high.

'Bumrah is a world class bowler'
In this series, Bumrah has taken 21 wickets in three test matches so far. His performance was particularly impressive on the fifth day of the Brisbane Test, when his bowling completely troubled the Australian batsmen.
Speaking to Fox Cricket, Brett Lee said that Bumrah performs well under pressure and is one of the best bowlers of a generation. The veteran fast bowler said, “Jasprit Bumrah is a world class bowler. Despite the absence of Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj has given good support. However, Bumrah's level is so high that it is difficult to compare him with anyone else. His performance is far ahead of other bowlers, and it shows his greatness.”
Bumrah created history in Gaba
Bumrah created history in the second innings of Brisbane Test. He first equaled Kapil Dev's record of 51 wickets and then took two more wickets and became the highest wicket-taker Indian bowler in Australia. He took a total of 53 wickets. He made this record in his name by taking the wicket of Usman Khawaja on the fifth day and once again showed that he makes an important contribution to the team in difficult times.
