Pakistan connection to Australia terror attack! Navid Akram, the murderer of 16 people, was a resident of Lahore.
Sydney Terror Attack: While many countries of the world including India, Italy, America and France have strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, Pakistan’s connection with this incident has also come to light. In fact, a senior law enforcement officer in Sydney said that one of the alleged accused in the Bondi Beach shooting has been identified as Naveed Akram, a resident of Bonnyrigg, Sydney, who is originally from Lohar, Pakistan.
After the picture of shooter Naveed Akram went viral on social media, many things are coming to light, while in a license photo surfaced online, Naveed is seen wearing the jersey of Pakistan cricket team. Actually, shooter Naveed Akram had earlier studied in a university in Islamabad and he had also studied at Al-Murad Institute in Sydney, Australia.

However, responding to the speculation on social media, New South Wales (NSW) Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon held a press conference. “This is not the time for retaliation, this is the time to let the police do their job,” he said. He also said police have very little information on one of the suspects, so we are not focusing on that at this time.
According to officials, one of the two shooters involved in this attack was killed on the spot, while the other is hospitalized in a critical condition. Now the police is also investigating whether any third attacker or his other associate was involved in this.
16 people died in terrorist attack
At around 6:30 pm local time on Sydney’s Bondi Beach, two shooters started indiscriminately firing at thousands of people who had come to participate in the Jewish festival of Hanukkah. So far 16 people have lost their lives in this attack, while many people have been injured. Australian officials described the incident as a terrorist attack. After which many countries of the world including India, America, Britain, Italy strongly condemned it and expressed deep condolences and solidarity with the people of Australia.
Israel enraged by attacks on Jews
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused the Australian government of promoting anti-Semitism in the lead up to the shootings in Sydney on Sunday (December 14, 2025). The Israeli Prime Minister said, ‘Three months ago I wrote to the Australian Prime Minister that your policy is adding fuel to the fire of anti-Semitism. Anti-Semitism is a cancer that spreads when leaders remain silent and take no action.’
The Israeli president said, ‘We have repeatedly appealed to the Australian government to take action and fight against the huge wave of anti-Semitism spreading in Australian society.’

PM Albanese said terrorist attack
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese issued a statement regarding the incident, in which he termed the indiscriminate firing on thousands of people gathered at Sydney’s Bondi Beach to attend the Jewish festival of Hanukkah as a terrorist attack. He strongly condemned this attack and also expressed condolences to the affected people.
