Avinash’s childhood was spent in normal circumstances. The financial condition of the family was limited, but the dreams were big. He had decided from the very beginning that he wanted to do something different and big in life. Due to his interest in technical field, he entered the engineering field and laid emphasis not only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical experience.
He had to face many difficulties in the initial days of his job. Low pay, heavy workload and difficult conditions at the site – all this was everyday life for them. Many times he faced financial problems, but he did not give up. they believe –

Working in Industrial, Oil and Gas sector, he worked with many big MNC companies. He efficiently performed important responsibilities like welding inspection, NDT, quality control and site supervision. By completing more than 2000 projects in just 2–3 years, he established his credible identity in the industry.
This experience later became the basis of his decision to pursue entrepreneurship.
On the strength of his experience and confidence he Avi’s Engineering and Consultancy Established. The beginning was very challenging. Winning the trust of clients, receiving payments on time and gaining recognition in the market was not easy.
Many times the work was not received even after giving quotations. There was delay in payment after completion of some projects. But Avinash never gave up. He made quality and honesty the foundation of his business.
In this entire journey, his brother Rakesh Malunjkar played the role of a strong pillar. Mental support in difficult times, advice in important decisions and companionship in taking the business forward – all this proved to be a great strength for him.
Today both the brothers are taking the business forward together. they believe –

Avi’s Engineering and Consultancy has completed 2000+ projects in a short span of time and achieved a turnover of more than Rs 70 lakh in the service sector. This achievement is the result of consistent hard work, timely completion of work and transparent relationships with clients.
Avinash believes that to survive in business it is necessary to constantly stay updated. Competition is increasing in the market, customer expectations are also constantly changing. That’s why they keep learning new technical skills, certifications, and modern management practices.
