Avocado Chicken Kebabs
Material
- 500 grams boneless chicken
- 5-6 green chillies
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 8- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 2 finely chopped
- 500 grams cheese
- 2 chopped pineapples
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 cups olive oil
- salt as per taste
method of making
- To make Avocado Chicken Kebab, first wash and clean the chicken.
- Then add the cleaned chicken into it. After this add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and mix.
- Now add chopped pineapple, onion, green chilli, mint leaves, black salt, lemon juice, salt in another bowl and mix well.
- Then add roasted cumin powder and black pepper to it.
- Now put ripe avocado in a bowl and mash it.
- After this, add mashed avocado to the chicken and mix well.
- Now take this mixture and prepare small kebabs with the help of hands.
- After this, heat a pan on the gas. Add olive oil in it.
- Then put all the prepared kebabs in it and cook it from both the sides.
- When the kebabs become golden and crispy, take out all the kebabs in a plate.
- Avocado chicken kebab is ready. Serve hot avocado chicken kebabs with finely chopped mint leaves and pineapple slices.
Avocado Hummus
Material
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- ½ cup tahini
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 5-6 finely chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 cup water
method of making
- To make avocado hummus, first peel the avocado and separate the seeds.
- Then put it in the food processor. Now add boiled chickpeas, tahini, salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder in the food processor.
- Now blend all these things. Then prepare a smooth paste.
- If the paste becomes too thick, add 2-3 spoons of water and mix.
- Then add chopped coriander leaves and olive oil and mix.
- Avocado hummus is ready. Serve hummus by placing it on bread slices.
