Bureau Prayagraj Karchana- With the aim of increasing awareness about education and connecting more and more children to school, a grand rally was organized by teachers and students of primary schools of Karchana area under “School Chalo Abhiyan”. Children and teachers enthusiastically participated in this rally and made the villagers aware of the importance of education.
The rally started from the respective primary school premises, in which the children held placards and banners in their hands and raised inspirational slogans like “Sab read, sab badhein”, “Beti padhao, desh badhao”, “Har bachha goes to school”. The rally passed through various routes of the village, where the villagers welcomed the children enthusiastically.
On this occasion, teachers appealed to the parents to enroll their children in school and send them to school regularly. He said that education is the only medium through which the future of children can become bright and overall development of the society is possible.
The headmaster of the school said that the main objective of “School Chalo Abhiyan” is to connect every child of the area with education, so that no child is deprived of education. He also said that the benefits of various schemes offered by the government can be availed only when children come to school regularly. At the conclusion of the rally, all the students and teachers pledged to make continuous efforts for the spread of education.
