Akshar Patel created history, became the first Indian to achieve this feat in T20 International

IND vs ENG: Indian team’s star spinner Akshar Patel has created history in T20 International. Axar Patel completed his 100 wickets in T20 International by taking one wicket in the second T20 match against England. With this, Akshar has now become the first Indian spinner to take 100 wickets in T20 International. He has become the fourth Indian overall.

In the second T20 match being played against England at the Old Trafford Ground in Manchester, Team India batted first and scored 190 runs. In reply, England had a bad start. In the very first over, Arshdeep Singh sent both the openers of England to the pavilion. Arshdeep dismissed Phil Salt on the very first ball of the innings. After this, Jos Buttler was dismissed on the fifth ball. Both Salt and Butler could not even open their accounts. After this, in the fifth over, Akshar Patel dismissed England captain Harry Brook and completed his 100 wickets in T20 International.

Akshar Patel became the Indian spinner who took the most wickets in T20 International.

With this, Axar Patel has become the first Indian spinner to take 100 wickets in T20 International. No Indian spinner had achieved this feat before Akshar. Whereas Akshar is the fourth Indian bowler to take the most wickets overall. Akshar Patel has completed the figure of 100 wickets in 91 innings of 98 matches.

Arshdeep Singh is the Indian who has taken the most T20 International wickets.

Arshdeep Singh is at the top in terms of taking most wickets for India in T20 International. Arshdeep has taken a total of 133 wickets in 85 innings of 87 matches, in which his best performance has been 5/51. Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is at number two. Bumrah has taken a total of 121 wickets in 92 innings of 95 matches. His best performance during this period has been 4/15.

Team India’s star all-round Hardik Pandya is at number three in this list. Hardik has taken a total of 114 wickets in T20 International while bowling in 125 innings of 138 matches. Hardik’s best performance has been 4/16. At number four is Akshar Patel, who has now taken 100 wickets in 91 innings of 98 matches. His best performance has been 3/9. In this case, spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is at fifth position, who has bowled brilliantly in 79 innings of only 80 matches and has taken a total of 96 wickets in his name, in which his best performance has been 6/25.
