Ayodhya Ram Temple donation controversy: Alleged irregularities related to Ram temple donation amount in Ayodhya The politics of Uttar Pradesh has heated up. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while attacking Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, advised him to go to Ayodhya and have darshan of Ram Lalla. While addressing a program in Hathras, Yogi Adityanath said that if Akhilesh Yadav is talking about making Ayodhya a religious city, then he should first visit Ram temple. He alleged that during the previous government, incidents like firing on devotees of Lord Ram had taken place.
CM Yogi Said that the development of Ayodhya and beautification of temples has been the priority of the present government. Taking aim at the opposition, he said that attention has been given to works related to temples and religious places are being improved.

Taking a jibe at Akhilesh Yadav, the Chief Minister said that he should go to Ayodhya and have darshan of Ram Lalla, which will give him the right direction. He said- Akhilesh ji, don’t worry about Ayodhya, repent. Have darshan of Lord Shri Ramlala once. At least this will bring wisdom. Come, let us say openly that on the lines of the movement for the liberation of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, a campaign for the liberation of Shri Krishna’s Janmabhoomi should also be carried out.”
Akhilesh Yadav raised questions
Before this. Akhilesh Yadav had also raised questions on the Yogi government regarding the Ayodhya issue. Citing the SIT report, he had said that tampering with the CCTV footage has come to light. He questioned why despite the Chief Minister’s frequent visits to Ayodhya, information about the alleged irregularities was not received. Akhilesh also raised questions on the development work of Ayodhya and said that as per the global level religious place, the facilities there should have been better.

Let us tell you that this controversy increased further when the officials associated with Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust resigned taking moral responsibility in the alleged donation scam case. After investigation by SIT in this case, action has been taken against eight accused. The accused include Avinash Shukla, Anakalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Manish Yadav, Karunesh Pandey, Ram Shankar Mishra, Subhash Srivastava and Ram Shankar alias Tinnu Yadav. This matter is no longer limited to just investigation, but has become a big issue in the politics of UP regarding Ayodhya and Ram Temple.
