Ayushi, who murdered her mother, was in a ‘live-in’ relationship with her cousin, uncle’s lawyer made big claims

New Delhi: The case of Ayushi Sharma, arrested in the alleged conspiracy to murder her mother for a government job and property worth crores, is continuously taking new turns. Now many new allegations have been made in this case by Ayushi’s maternal uncle, which have brought the entire incident into more discussion. The maternal uncle has not only demanded a thorough investigation into his sister’s murder, but has also called for a re-investigation of his brother-in-law’s death, calling it suspicious. Meanwhile, his lawyer has also made a sensational claim about Ayushi and her cousin Balram.

45-year-old Neeraj Sharma, resident of Ravindra Nagar area of ​​Pratap Nagar, died in a road accident on July 3. Initially it was considered an accident, but later after the complaint of family members, police investigation revealed the case to be a conspiracy to murder. Police allege that Neeraj Sharma was murdered by deliberately hitting him with a speeding Scorpio. In this case, the police have arrested a total of seven people including Neeraj Sharma’s daughter Ayushi and his uncle Mohan Swaroop. The search for Balram Sharma, who is said to be the main accused, is still going on. Investigating agencies say that the matter of alleged betel nut being given for the murder has also come to light.

Uncle demanded further investigation

Rakesh Sharma, brother of the deceased, says that the investigation of the case is still incomplete. They allege that the main accused is still out of the custody of the police and many important evidences including the money related to the alleged betel nut have not been recovered yet. He expressed apprehension that behind this entire matter there could be a plan to acquire property worth crores of rupees. Rakesh Sharma has also demanded that the circumstances of the death of his brother-in-law Vijay Sharma should be re-investigated, so that the truth of the entire matter can be revealed.

Lawyer alleges live-in relationship

A new twist in the case came when Rakesh Sharma’s lawyer Chandra Prakash Sharma, while talking to the media, claimed that Aayushi and her cousin Balram Sharma were allegedly living in a live-in relationship. He alleges that both of them wanted to get married in the future. The lawyer also claimed that according to local people, both of them lived in the same house for a long time. However, these allegations have not yet been confirmed by any independent agency or court and no official statement has been issued by the police in this regard.

Balram accused of influencing Ayushi

Lawyer Chandra Prakash Sharma says that Balram had a lot of influence on Ayushi and she used to take decisions only on his advice. He alleged that Balram allegedly pressurized Ayushi through a video and kept her under his influence. The lawyer also claims that Ayushi was used as a pawn in the entire conspiracy. These claims have also not been officially confirmed yet and the investigation into the matter is ongoing.

Claim of dispute regarding job and property

According to the lawyer, after the death of Ayushi’s father Vijay Sharma, a dispute started in the family regarding compassionate appointment. He says that Ayushi wanted to get a government job, while her mother Neeraj Sharma wanted to get a job herself. It was told that the matter had even reached the court regarding this dispute, but due to not completing the required educational qualification, Neeraj Sharma got the job.

The lawyer alleges that on the other hand, Balram and his father were eyeing the family’s property worth crores of rupees. According to him, this alleged greed gave rise to the entire incident. However, all these allegations can be confirmed only after the investigation is completed and the evidence is examined in the court.
